Locally owned food trailer! We have a variety of smoked meats and sides to pick from. Our food trailer focus is smoked potatoes, given that “homestyle” baked potato feel but with a twist! Potato fillings change. Here are a few to drool over : Smoked chicken dip potato, Broccoli and Cheddar potato, Chili filled potato, the classic loaded and the Whole Barn with shredded pork or chicken or both. Variety of toppings to add!
